Discovering Electroganica

Formed in 2024 in San Diego, California, CultureFires is fast on their way to becoming a unique favorite in the electronic music scene; blending indie, electronica, house and techno to create rich, captivating electroganic soundscapes. Members Robb Urden and Robin Canfield, both classically trained musicians, play over 25 instruments between them.

Urden found inspiration after attending the Burning Man and Envision Festival in 2023. Rushing back into the studio after several years off, Urden got to work, writing and recording a considerable amount of material for release. In early 2024 Canfield has joined the group, bringing an elevated energy and talent into both live performances and studio productions.

Culture Fire’s first single “The Glow” embodies much of the group’s signature sound, showcasing organic and electronic instruments alongside melodic vocal melodies and defined song structure.
